When she isn't working, she enjoys practicing yoga, martial arts, spending time in nature with her dogs, drawing, or playing guitar. My approach I have received in-depth training in many modalities, which gives me the flexibility to provide individualized treatment tailored to your specific needs. My focus My diverse experiences have exposed me to treating a wide array of conditions, making me comfortable working with most challenges. Currently, I work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, work/life stress, ADHD, adolescence, life transitions, family issues, women's issues, spirituality, addiction, codependency, LGBTQ+ concerns, and trauma. My communication style I create an interactive, personable environment for my clients, emphasizing building strong rapport, connection, and relationship to foster optimal conditions for change, growth, and healing. I offer feedback, honest reflection, encouragement, and accountability. Some clients have said they feel comfortable as if they are on a call with a friend. Additionally, most of my clients have been long-term clients. My journey to mental healthcare I faced many challenges in my childhood and adolescence, both at home and outside, often lacking support and guidance. As a teen, I felt inspired to one day provide others with the support I wished I had received. Throughout my journey as a therapist, I have immersed myself in my own healing to be the best support I can be for my clients. I believe in practicing what I preach and that we can only take others as far as we have gone.
