Hi there, I'm Pamela! I have 23 years of experience working with veterans, first responders, and those struggling with complicated grief, depression, anxiety, addictions, and eating disorders. I was the Chief of the Addictions Disorders Treatment Program at the VA of Southern Nevada. I am an EMDR consultant. My focus I am comfortable working with all genders and ages 17-85. My approach I use EMDR, Jungian therapy, Client-Centered approaches, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support healing and growth. My communication style I am a calm, spiritual, and gentle person. My journey to mental healthcare I have a passion for healing and empowering my clients. My goals for you I guide my clients toward journaling using the CBT model.
