Hello: I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor located in the Triad region of North Carolina. I have been practicing as a counselor for the last thirty years. Prior to living in North Carolina, I lived and worked in southern Maine, where I spent much of my time counseling in a variety of settings and working with children, adolescents, and adults. I earned my Master's in Counseling Education from the University of Southern Maine and hold a Bachelor's degree from Rivier University.
