Hi there! I'm so glad that you have taken the step to begin your journey to becoming the best version of yourself.
A little about me: I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Kean University in Union, NJ. I also earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington.
I have experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds in a variety of settings, including hospitals, residential treatment facilities, community mental health centers, non-profit organizations, schools, major health insurance companies, and private practice.
The past few years have been difficult for so many of us. It seems like any issues we had before the pandemic were put on hold, and then we were faced with a brand new set of overwhelming challenges to cope with. Now that it seems we are beginning to return to some sense of normalcy, there’s finally time to focus on personal growth and healing.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Whether it's depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, career planning, or just life in general... My goal for all of my clients is that they feel heard, validated, and empowered to make the personal changes necessary for growth and healing.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
