Hi there, I'm Paris. Are you struggling with self-defeating thoughts and destructive behavioral patterns that get in the way of finding happiness? Do you find it difficult to manage your anxiety and find your calm? I consider it a privilege to collaborate with people as they explore beliefs that keep them stuck. Together, we can get to the bottom of what's holding you back from living the life you deserve. I will be there to help you not only identify the root of your concerns but also begin working toward meaningful change. Whether you are struggling with loss, wanting to heal emotional scars from the past, having difficulty managing anxiety, lacking self-esteem, or trying to move your life in a more positive direction, I'm here to help. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Valdosta State University and am a Certified Meditation Teacher & Coach. I am passionate about guiding and teaching meditation and supporting others on their path to developing and sustaining a daily practice. I look forward to seeing you on your journey to emotional wellness.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
