Patricia Brady is a Licensed Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and over 15 years of experience specializing in depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, sexual abuse, chemical dependency, and borderline personality disorders. Her treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, with the approach tailored to each client’s individual needs. Patricia works with clients ages 5 and above and provides individual, couples, family, and group therapy as needed. She is empathetic and non-judgmental, understanding that poor choices are often made impulsively based on emotions and one’s frame of reference. Patricia helps clients reach their goals by assisting them in identifying and overcoming obstacles that stand in the way of progress.
