My experience also includes clinical and administrative supervision of mental health professionals. I have helped clients overcome issues related to eating disorders, trauma, drug addiction, depression, anxiety and panic, divorce, work-related difficulties, family issues, and relationship conflict. Utilizing a variety of techniques and skills drawn from recognized therapeutic modalities, I take a holistic, client-centered, and collaborative approach to support you as we work through the difficulties and suffering that life brings.

What should a new client know about working with you?

During our first session we will gather information about your problems and concerns and also your strengths and achievements. This will help us to develop a treatment plan that will guide you toward the improvements that you are wanting in your life. Each follow up session will include strategies, tools and techniques designed to help you make progress.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
