I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and parent/child relationships who are struggling with stress, depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, and school functioning issues. I also provide college and career counseling and have experience working with clients with a wide range of diagnoses, including dual and multiple diagnoses. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Fresno. I provide a relaxed, safe, and supportive environment to help you explore the challenges you are facing. My approach is based on non-judgment, empathy, respect, and collaboration. I offer strategies that focus on mindfulness, self-exploration, identifying and building on your strengths, and honoring both past and present experiences. I am committed to helping clients become the best versions of themselves through self-discovery, understanding past experiences, and moving toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
