“There was clear communication around the initial video appointment. I appreciate that PATH mental health facility pre-booked me for 4 weeks in a row following my first appointment, since it can be hard to get seen right away and I had to wait several weeks to get this time slot in the first place. Patricia was clear, too early to see if it will be the perfect fit but I felt comfortable talking to her about my background etc. ”

“My therapist treats me as a human being and not a number on the appointment list. She takes her time to listen to my struggles and she helps me learn coping skills on how to manage my diagnosis. She supports my goals and encourages me to thrive. She treats me as a person first before my diagnosis for example: a person with depression instead of a depressed person, a person with bipolar instead of bipolar person. She helps me build my confidence and self esteem and treats me as a person who can succeed, live a stable life, be a productive member of society, and give this world the best of me. Because of my therapist, I was finally able to enroll in a college class and get accommodations I need to excel at school. I fell heard and understood. My therapist connected with me at a human level and not just on the surface. She took her time to dig deeper to help me understand the causes/triggers of my daily struggles. I am grateful for her and for her excellent services at Path.”
