Feeling stressed, anxious, confused, bored, lonely, sad, or down? Struggling with an addiction or past/current traumas? Over the years, I have helped many people work through these challenges to empower them to improve and enjoy a better quality of life. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS), and I graduated with a Master's in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2005. As a skilled and accomplished Behavioral Health Therapist, I bring integrity, empathy, and compassion to my work. I specialize in treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, empowering clients and their families to enhance their quality of life.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Patricia is an excellent therapist who started giving me concrete tools to deal with difficult situations starting in our very first appointment, so she immediately began by empowering me to face hard things. For a long time, therapy for me has been like arranging deck chairs on the Titanic, but now we are finally solving underlying problems and making real and lasting progress!
