I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker who works with children, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I’m passionate about creating a supportive space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and empowered as they work toward meaningful change.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Drawing from my experience in private practice, schools, and skilled nursing facilities, I take a collaborative, needs-based approach to care. I utilize evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients develop healthy coping strategies, build resilience, and achieve their personal goals. I believe in meeting clients where they are and tailoring care to their unique strengths and experiences. My experience working across the lifespan allows me to thoughtfully support individuals and families through a wide range of challenges and stages of life.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
