I am a Marriage, Family, and Child Therapist with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor’s from the University of California, Santa Cruz. I help people find answers to life’s questions and grow personally, professionally, and in relationships. I have twenty years of experience as a psychotherapist and over 40 years in counseling. Besides providing psychotherapy, I have taught graduate counseling classes, supervised master’s-level and post-graduate students, and created counseling programs to support individuals, couples, and families to feel better, be happier, and live healthier, more fulfilling lives. My approach The therapeutic approaches I use include Existential, Interpersonal, Narrative, Mindfulness-Based, Solution-focused, DBT, CBT, Strategic, and the Gottman method.
