Hello, I'm Pattie. Is the stress of the world getting to you? Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, easily angered, and all around burnt out on life? Have you been meaning to start therapy but never got around to it? Feeling like you aren't where you expected to be at this point in your life? If you answered yes to any of these questions, I might be a good fit for you. I am experienced in working with youth aged 0-18, younger adults, queer identities, and people who view themselves as “different.” Helping individuals and families identify their problems, goals, and how to improve their lives is a passion of mine. I strive to provide a space that will allow you to be seen and heard in a non-judgmental atmosphere. I utilize a person-centered approach and value getting to know who you are as a person in order to understand how to help you. I work from a systems perspective to understand how your family, work, friends, and other systems are influencing how you are experiencing life. I have specialized training working with trauma, infant mental health, foster care, and adoption. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with an MA, I also specialize in perinatal support, life transitions, grief and bereavement, LGBTQIA+ support, ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, trauma, autism spectrum support, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, gender identity, medical issues/physical health, PTSD, stress, and suicidal ideation and/or self-harming. When you work with me, you can expect a compassionate and supportive environment where we will collaboratively work towards your goals. I believe in the importance of creating a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. If you're ready to take the next step towards improving your mental health and well-being, I invite you to reach out. Let's work together to navigate the challenges you're facing and find a path forward that feels right for you.
