I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida providing individual therapy to ages 14-80, focusing on addictions, trauma, depression, bipolar, anxiety, and ASD. I have over 10 years of experience providing therapy in addiction treatment centers and community mental health agencies. My goal is to help clients begin the process of finding their inner peace.
My approach

By actively listening to my clients' concerns, I create a space where they feel safe to explore their innermost thoughts and vulnerabilities. Additionally, by responding empathetically and validating my clients' feelings, I affirm their experiences and perspectives. This validation is crucial because it allows my clients to feel understood and accepted, leading to increased trust and engagement in the counseling process.
My journey to mental healthcare
I earned a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. I work with all types of clients seeking professional help.
