He treats adolescents, young adults, and adults, creating a specialized treatment to best help each client. Paul utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, solution-based therapy as well as other treatment modalities. He is successful at quickly building rapport in order to create a trusting, safe environment, and he provides a non judgemental attitude where clients feel free to express themselves. He understands that each person is a unique individual and will guide you through your specialized treatment to help you live your best self.
