The office communication was extremely poor from the start, with no instructions before my first appointment and no check-in when I arrived. I approached the front desk and was simply told to sit, which felt confusing and unprofessional for a new patient. The intake felt rushed and disorganized, and I did not feel my history was thoroughly reviewed or understood. Despite having prior documented mental health history, the conclusions in my records did not align with my experiences, and a key concern I came in to address was overlooked. After reviewing my medical records, I noticed inaccuracies, including statements I did not say and omissions or misrepresentation of information I clearly shared. I was also informed of an important clinical decision indirectly through the office rather than discussed directly. Inconsistent communication around rescheduling and attempted charges added further frustration, and I would not return.
