I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist with a passion for helping individuals find balance, resilience, and peace in their lives. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Stony Brook University. What should a new client know about working with you?

I use a combination of evidence based techniques such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, ACT, Motivational interviewing, Solution focused and Person Centered approaches to help you work through challenges and achieve personal goals. Together, we will explore the root causes of issues, identify patterns, and build healthy coping mechanisms that foster growth and healing. I specialize in working with individuals dealing with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, ADHD, Anger and relationship issues. My goal is to empower you to overcome obstacles, improve emotional well-being, and develop the skills needed to thrive.
