Hello, I'm Paula, a Licensed Professional Counselor with an MA in counseling. Are you experiencing anxiety or depression that keeps you from living fully? Together we’ll develop a treatment approach that addresses your unique goals. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My specialties include relational trauma, anxiety, grief, loss, life transitions, and aging. There are times in everyone’s life when we need some extra support, and you do not need to walk this road alone. It takes courage to reach out for support, and I look forward to working with you.
