I hold a Master’s in Community Counseling from National Louis University, a Master’s in Business Administration from DeVry University’s Keller Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

As your therapist, we will go at your pace, working collaboratively to build a therapeutic alliance in a warm and judgement-free space. A typical session involves me asking deep, introspective questions to uncover underlying factors that are affecting your day-to-day life, and working together to discover tools, develop and clarify beliefs and boundaries, and implement accountability to ignite the path to feeling better.
