I’m Pedro Zabala III, a licensed professional counselor in Colorado with over 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate emotional challenges, addictive patterns, and major life transitions. My work centers on supporting clients who feel stuck between who they’ve been and who they want to become. I believe every person carries an innate capacity for healing, even when life feels overwhelming or unclear. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, OCD, relationship stress, identity exploration, and workplace or career-related challenges. I also specialize in helping clients re-evaluate their relationships with substances and behavioral addictions, approaching this work with compassion and without shame. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in your lived experience. I integrate person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, solution-focused strategies, and narrative therapy. Together, we explore your story, build practical skills, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that feels right for you.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
