Getting to know Peggy Bennett

My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each individual. I draw from science-based therapies to support healing on both emotional and nervous system levels. This may include trauma-focused work, nervous system regulation skills, mindfulness, somatic (body-based) practices, cognitive and behavioral strategies, and practical tools to support everyday life.
