*** I'm accepting new clients with a wide range of appointment times outside normal business hours! I offer hours up to MIDNIGHT, because life doesn't stop at 6pm! *** I'm not your typical therapist l like you see on TV, where you're laying down while I ask you boring questions. I'm down-to-earth, and I'm going to call you out when you're self-sabotaging. In my free time I read, play video games, take too many pictures of my dog, and doom scroll when my ADHD won't let me focus on anything else.
I’ve worked with a wide variety of clients but most often work with couples (issues including communication issues, blended families, sexual issues) and individuals (anxiety, OCD, ADHD, chronic pain and health disorders, grief, and major life transitions). My goal is to help you understand what's keeping you stuck and equip you with practical tools to move forward.
My approach is compassionate, honest, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be more than just talking about problems... it should create lasting change. Together, we're going to build on your strengths, challenge unhelpful patters, and help you work toward making your life feel more fulfilling, aligned with what matters most to you, and addressing the challenges you encounter.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Was only our first appointment but we felt right at home with Peggy even though we had to go over and talk about some rather difficult things - she listened well and seemed very empathetic, as I would hope. Nobody 'looks forward' to these kinds of appointments, but I feel like she will be able to help us through an exceptionally difficult time.
