Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Northern California who graduated from Humboldt State University. I have been practicing for the past 10 years after switching careers from Engineering. Throughout my career as a therapist, I have worked as a children’s therapist and as a clinical director for a program serving older adults. For the past three years, I have focused full time on adults with mild to severe mental health challenges. In addition to using evidence-based practices, I believe clients are best served through empowerment. I approach therapy from a solutions-based perspective to help clients work toward living fulfilled lives and reaching their goals.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
