Hello, my name is Peter. Have you been considering therapy for a while but been hesitant to make the first step? I have a gentle, calming approach, and we will work at your pace. I have a wide variety of experiences helping with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, burnout, and trauma, among others. We can evaluate all areas or just focus on the present. I take pride in helping you feel that you are in a safe and comfortable space to share the true feelings you have but find hard to speak out loud. Life is a journey, and there are many unexpected obstacles that can derail us from the healthy place we desire to be. I can help problem-solve and use evidence-based approaches and techniques to help get you back on track! I’m not here to listen to my own voice; I want to truly hear you and help empower you to grow in the ways that are best for you. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Salem State University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively on your healing journey.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
