I believe that taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes a lot of courage, and I am proud of you for getting started. In our sessions, we will work together to explore your concerns and develop strategies to help you navigate life's challenges. Whether you're dealing with ADHD, anger management, anxiety, depression, developmental disabilities, family relationships, LGBTQIA+ support, phobias, PTSD, spirituality, stress, suicidal ideation, trauma, life transitions, or intimate/romantic relationships, I am here to support you. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and my goal is to help you find the tools and insights you need to lead a more fulfilling and balanced life.
