My focus I assist clients in managing ADHD, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, social relationships, and work difficulties through cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused techniques. My communication style I provide a casual, relaxed atmosphere to explore the root of a client's anxiety, depression, and executive dysfunction using cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based techniques. A session is more like conversing with a friend than sharing your struggles with a stranger. My goals for you I work with clients to identify things they would like to work on in the short term to alleviate the immediate concerns that brought them into therapy. Then, we set longer-term goals to process additional stressors or traumas that have come up or to support personal growth and development.
