Hello! Thank you for taking the time to learn a bit about me. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist - Associate in the state of North Carolina. I am committed and passionate about helping individuals and families overcome anxiety, panic, depression, and trauma. Life experiences such as grief, loss, and trauma can contribute to feelings of overwhelm, disconnection from others, difficulty with emotional regulation, and relationship challenges. I am honored to have the opportunity to work with adolescents, adults, and families to process trauma, interpersonal conflict, relationship challenges, and grief/loss. Through all my education, training, and experiences, I truly believe that each one of us has the tools we need to overcome the challenges we may face.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
