What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with teens and adults (13+) using Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) and additional therapeutic approaches based on what best supports each client’s goals. Whether you’re working through trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, or relationship and life stress, I believe in meeting you where you are with honesty, compassion, and practical guidance. My style is warm, collaborative, and action-oriented—focused on helping you build confidence, understand your patterns, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In your first session with me, I will do my best to gather as much information that is needed to know you best as well as beginning to build appropriate rapport to support you in this process. From then on, the therapy process will be collaborative and tailored best to client's needs.
