Getting to know Priscilla Hebert

I started helping those who are seeking to up-level their experiences and shine as their true and authentic selves in 2019. My journey first began in residential treatment facilities, where I held space for individuals in early recovery from substance use disorders. This population ranged from men's only, women's only, and LGBTQ+ groups. Many of these individuals also struggled with anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. I have also had the opportunity to work with adolescents at risk of sex trafficking. This work is extremely rewarding, as the clients are at an age where they are most influential and willing. I am a deeply spiritual person and practice the study of yoga and meditation, participating in somatic healings such as Kundalini Light Integration (KALI) and breathwork. I am also a level two Reiki practitioner (training to become a master) and a certified personal trainer. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. When I am not holding space for healing, I enjoy being outdoors-surfing, climbing, reading, and cooking nutritious and fun-to-eat meals. I hope to continue the journey of providing a safe space for individuals where healing can occur for years to come. I offer sessions both early in the morning (5 a.m. - 7 a.m.) and later in the evening (6 p.m. - 9 p.m.) to accommodate those who work nine to five or those who simply prefer early morning or evening therapy sessions.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that the answers lie within us. I provide a space where we feel safe, where calmness and serenity are the setting, and where one feels led to open up and share their experiences. This is where the healing can begin. I integrate various healing modalities to fully support the mind, body and soul of individuals in therapy. A place we can explore together with curiosity, reinforce what is working in our lives and shed what is no longer serving us. I work side by side with you to create measurable therapy goals and reassess these goals every few sessions to stay on track.

In-network insurances

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
