Priscille Duvalsaint, LMHC

Psychotherapist
FL
Greetings! I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Florida International University in 2008 and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in South Florida in 2011. I have been a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in Florida since 2013 and am a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I am also a Certified Clinical Supervisor. Trilingual in English, Haitian Creole, and Spanish, I have experience serving diverse Southern and Central Florida populations. With my person-centered, strength-based, and solutions-focused therapeutic approaches and my innate sensitivity to cultural and gender issues, I have assisted many individuals in overcoming challenges and achieving their goals individually and in family and group therapy settings. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and women in overcoming crisis, stress and time management, adjustment issues, cultural diversity, relational struggles, depression, and anxiety. Additionally, I apply Behavior Analysis techniques to help children with ADHD and Autism replace maladaptive behaviors with functional skills and tools that allow them to live more independently in their natural environment. I appreciate your interest in working together on your wellness and the opportunity to serve you!
