Quanesha Wallace, LPC

Psychotherapist
VA
Hi there, I'm Quanesha! Hi! My name is Quanesha Wallace, and I am an LPC in the state of Virginia. I understand that every individual faces unique challenges and experiences. My mission is to help you navigate these obstacles and achieve personal growth and well-being. My approach I use an integrative, multi-disciplinary approach that includes a solution-focused, person-centered, and cognitive approach to help clients meet their goals. My focus I have experience working with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family interaction, childhood trauma, co-parenting issues, and everyday challenges. My communication style I prioritize open, honest, and compassionate communication. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and supported, without judgment. My style is warm yet direct, allowing for authentic conversations that promote healing, clarity, and growth. Whether we’re exploring tough emotions or celebrating small wins, I’ll meet you where you are with empathy, understanding, and encouragement. My journey to mental healthcare My path to becoming a therapist started with my own lived experiences. Growing up in a marginalized community where many people don’t make it out, I often witnessed the emotional weight people carried—unspoken pain, generational trauma, and the struggle to feel seen or supported. I didn’t have the language for it at the time, but I knew I wanted to be someone who could help lighten that load for others. What drives me today is simple: I want to be the person I wish more people had access to growing up. I’m passionate about helping others break cycles, reclaim their voice, and realize that healing is possible, no matter where you come from. Being able to witness people find peace, strength, and clarity in their lives is an honor I don’t take lightly. This work is personal, and its purposeful.
