I love what I do. I began studying psychology because I found it fascinating. After earning my bachelor’s degree, I worked with diverse populations in social services. Over time, I realized that most people need someone to talk to and help them navigate life’s challenges. That realization drew me to become a therapist. I want to be a sounding board and a source of support when life feels unmanageable. My goals for you I support my patients in identifying what troubles them most and what they hope to achieve in therapy. My first session with you Clients can expect that I will spend time getting to know them and understanding their motivation for seeking therapy.
