*Providers at this practice do not prescribe medication* Are you grappling with themes of meaning and purpose? Feeling defined by your past, destined to repeat the same unfulfilling cycles for the unforeseeable future? Maybe it feels like the issue is your career, your relationship, or the city you're living in. You may also be thinking that if you just lose some weight, get more sleep, make a little more money, or find some adventure, surely then you'd be happy. The truth is that you are not doomed to this kind of unending disconnection and dissatisfaction, nor are you destined to perpetuate the cycles of generations before you. There is a deeper way to grow and heal through emotional pain. You have made the first, most important step by choosing the examined path. With a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from the State University of New York, Oswego, I can help you clear the way.
