Everyone struggles. We can get through it together, no judgment. I am here to help you work through your life's challenges and provide insight as you navigate life's stuck points. I will offer a space of acceptance for you to process whatever you need to. I am optimistic about my clients and am invested in your recovery! My style is investigative, direct, and playful. I will encourage you and challenge you to be your true and healthy self. I have experience working with all ages. My current focus is helping people struggling with maintaining sobriety and challenges related to drinking or drug habits. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Dominican University of California. I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, currently working under the supervision of Kristen Antoinette Bragg, LMFT #53534.
