I have extensive experience in treatment for substance use and enjoy working with couples and individuals who are managing addiction or addiction recovery. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addictions Counselor. I am also Level II Gottman Method Couples Therapy Certified. Utilizing knowledge of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), neurobiology, general wellness, mindfulness practice, and sleep hygiene I focus on treating the whole person.
