Psychotherapist
101 Summit Ave, Ste 204, Fort Worth, TX
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying anxiety, depression, past experiences, or the pressure to have everything figured out. Therapy can be a place to slow down, better understand yourself, and begin finding new ways to move forward. I believe that meaningful change happens within a supportive and genuine therapeutic relationship. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, with an emphasis on creating a space where you can be yourself without feeling judged or pressured to have the “right” answers. Together, we can explore the patterns, experiences, and emotions that may be keeping you feeling stuck while building greater self-understanding and confidence. I enjoy working with adults and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, and the effects of painful or traumatic experiences. I have additional training in expressive arts therapy, play therapy, and hypnosis, and I enjoy incorporating creative and experiential approaches when they fit a client’s needs and interests. Therapy doesn’t always have to mean sitting across from someone and trying to find the perfect words. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward a life that feels more authentic, manageable, and meaningful. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin.
