Getting to know Rachel Register

Hi, my name is Rachel Register, and I am a licensed independent clinical social worker with a Master's in Social Work from Simmons University. I have been practicing in Massachusetts and New Hampshire for over five years, working with adults, couples, and families. I am passionate about healing and empowering clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. My practice is a collaborative process that helps clients find a more positive self-narrative. I believe one of the key factors in successful therapeutic outcomes is building a safe, trusting, and respectful therapeutic relationship. It can be hard to ask for help. You have taken the first step toward your recovery and should feel empowered by that. I would be happy to talk with you further to see if my services can be of help to you. I look forward to speaking with you soon.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide a therapeutic environment that is compassionate, empathetic, and safe.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
