Getting to know Rachel Webb
Hi! I have spent the last six years as a psychotherapist in private practices addressing the many different challenges that the older adults face. Clinically I have assisted clients navigate anxiety and feelings of sadness and depression to get to a place where they enjoy their life and develop daily habits that enrich their lives. I also enjoy doing mindfulness-based interventions for trauma work.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I am a collaborator with you in finding out what works best for you. I enjoy allowing you the space and opportunity to be heard and navigate where you want to be. With a gentle, warm and steady approach my goal is to get to you a place of enjoying being in the present.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
The first session is a getting to know you session, where I will ask questions about your past, your support system, your goals and struggles. We will dive into what you feel comfortable with.
