My focus Whether you’re feeling stuck, struggling with self-esteem, or going through a difficult season. I meet you where you are with compassion, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to helping you feel seen, heard, and empowered. My goal is to help you build insight, confidence, and meaningful change in your life. My communication style My communication style is warm, direct, and supportive. I believe in being respectful, honest, and creating a safe environment for the client to speak freely and feel genuinely heard. I will be compassionate and encouraging when needed. I will offer clear feedback and tailor my approach back on my client's personal needs. Whether you need me to help you process your emotions, challenge your patterns, or develop practical skills. You can count on me to be present, real, and invest in your growth. My journey to mental healthcare My journey to becoming a therapist began when I started working in a group home for boys. It was there that I realized how powerful it can be to simply listen, empathize, and validate someone’s experience. These young men weren’t acting out just to misbehave. They were carrying pain, confusion, and emotional wounds. As I spent time with them, I saw firsthand how just being present and supportive made a difference. Their behaviors began to shift, they expressed their emotions more openly, and they started to heal.
