Psychotherapist
CA
Hi there, I'm Rachelle! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy can take courage, especially when you’ve been carrying something on your own for a long time. My hope is to provide a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you can openly share what you’re experiencing and feel genuinely heard and understood. My focus I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, relationship and parenting challenges, stress, and difficulty setting healthy boundaries. I also have experience supporting families of children with special needs. My approach I believe that you are more than the challenges you’re facing. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. I incorporate CBT, DBT, IFS, Motivational Interviewing, and Brainspotting to help clients move toward meaningful change. My communication style I want therapy to feel like a genuine relationship, not a place where you feel analyzed or told what you should do. I’ll meet you with warmth and honesty while respecting that you are the expert on your own life. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe while still creating space for growth. My journey to mental healthcare My journey to becoming a therapist grew from a deep desire to help people feel seen, understood, and supported through life’s challenges. I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through difficult seasons, and I bring that experience, compassion, and genuine curiosity into my work. My goals for you Your goals are at the center of our work together. We’ll take time to understand what you want to be different and then identify realistic, meaningful steps toward getting there. Objectives will include practical tools for navigating life's stressors and a deeper understanding of yourself and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
