My work is guided by faith and the simple idea that when we connect the dots between past experiences and present pain, we can position ourselves for a powerful future. By combining my knowledge of mental health, as well as faith, I help you heal your roots to build solid relationships. I want you to use my life motto, and the title of my best-selling book and song, 'GIRL, GET OFF THE COUCH,' to remind you that you are worth the effort required to heal! I hold a Master's in Social Work (MSW) and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Ph.D. in my field. My specialties include intimate/romantic relationships issues, anxiety family conflicts, perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum), life transitions, and trauma. In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate and straightforward approach. I believe in the power of real talk and faith to guide you through your healing journey.
