Ramin Nematollahi, LMFT

Psychotherapist
CA
I am a firm believer that happiness and growth are possible for anyone willing to ask, “What am I willing to change to be happier?” Increased happiness becomes possible when a person reevaluates their goals and finds the courage to set out on a new path. This process can be daunting and frightening. As a therapist, I work with you as you venture on this new path. It takes great courage to seek help from a friend, relative, or therapist. It is intimidating, but you are on your way! By making it to this page, it’s clear you are ready! I commend you for being proactive about your life and assure you that you should never feel ashamed for seeking help and wanting to improve your path to increased happiness. I want to accompany you on your journey toward mental clarity and a greater sense of well-being and happiness. I am an LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, #102792), with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, Marriage, and Family Therapy from Antioch University – Los Angeles. I specialize in working with adolescents and their families. Adolescents and young adults face challenges with the adjustments to their ever-changing lives. I aim to help them live happier, more fulfilling lives in this confusing time while helping them pause and consider what is really going on. My modality is predominantly humanistic; however, I am willing to adjust my practice to accommodate the patient’s needs and the session’s direction by using various modalities and psychological orientations. I also believe humor can be an integral tool to provide a different perspective on life and obstacles. While my specialty focuses on adolescents and young adults, I offer individual, family, and couples therapy. I look forward to working with you and helping you along your path to happiness!
