“It's more than just knowing what someone needs. You also have to know when, and how to communicate those needs in a manner they can be received.. not by anyone.. but by your client, specifically. I think this has made all the difference in my therapy experience with Randall. They can be delicate, and also forward. They know when to lead me to the water, and when to let me find it on my own. Getting to know Randall Leonard
Over the past 8 years as a therapist, I have developed and collected models and tools to assist a wide variety of people in understanding core emotional functioning. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. As a proud neurodivergent individual, I have an affinity for recognizing patterns that aren't serving my clients while offering strategies to reframe perspectives. My clients have said my empathetic style makes them feel seen and at ease, and that I make helpful observations that often open new working paths for their concerns.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
