Hello, I'm Ranel. As an independently licensed social worker, I am here to assist you in finding healthy ways to navigate through life's challenging experiences such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use. My journey began with a bachelor's degree in psychology from Wittenberg University, followed by a master's in social work from Spring Arbor University. With a strong foundation in cognitive behavioral techniques, trauma-focused therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I am equipped to support you through various difficulties. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with children, teens, and adults who have faced numerous barriers, including financial stressors, substance use, past trauma, trauma from victimization, and disabilities. My approach is centered around helping you identify and harness the tools within yourself to overcome any challenge you may be facing.
