I'll support you through unlimited chat messaging and scheduled video calls throughout this journey. I have over 25 years of experience working with individuals suffering from various issues, including all forms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, suicidal ideations, ADHD, high-functioning autism, work burnout, relationship issues, anger issues, veteran issues, and more. I strive to assist all individuals in achieving an optimal level of functioning at home, work, or school. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Connecticut and am a licensed Social Worker in CO, DC, DE, FL, IA, ID, MA, ME, NM, NV, OH, SC, TX, UT, and WA. Personally, I live in Arizona with my husband, cat, and dog and enjoy playing pickleball in my free time.
