What should a new client know about working with you?

In our work together, you can expect a space where you feel genuinely seen, respected, and accepted. I bring warmth, curiosity, and cultural humility to our conversations, honoring your story, identities, relationships, and values while we make sense of life's challenges together. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, family dynamics, intersected identities, faith, or major life transitions, we'll work collaboratively to deepen self-understanding and create practical, sustainable changes that feel true to who you are. I often work within three primary treatment modalities—Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy and Family Systems Therapy—while incorporating elements of mindfulness and body-based practices to create a holistic, mind-body-spirit approach to therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy with me is a collaborative space where you can exhale, be fully yourself, and feel deeply seen. Together, we'll explore your experiences with compassion, curiosity, and respect for the many parts of your identity and story. My hope is that you leave each session with greater clarity, self-acceptance, and practical steps that help you move toward the life and relationships you want.
