I am an eclectic therapist using CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused, and trauma-informed approaches. My background includes working with individuals with mood disorders, substance abuse, dual diagnosis, trauma, and PTSD. My approach
I approach psychotherapy with a holistic mindset, tailoring interventions to your specific needs. My top three modalities are CBT, DBT, and ACT, all within a trauma-informed framework. I specialize in supporting individuals with mood concerns, substance use challenges, and trauma.

I am generally soft-spoken with calm, even tones. I listen carefully until I fully grasp what you are communicating, then verbally summarize my understanding. This continues until we reach full understanding and can implement effective interventions.
My journey to therapy
I began as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy, treating various medical conditions and holding high responsibility. This reinforced my commitment to serving others. I initially pursued medicine in college but changed my major to Social Work. At my first job as a CPS investigator, I recognized the great need for therapists and embarked on my path as a therapist.
My goals for you
Progress means improving mental health over time as interventions are applied and clients learn to use the tools taught whenever needed.
