Hi there, I'm Raychelle! My name is Raychelle Fraser, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in South Florida, working with clients statewide via telehealth. I hold a Master’s in Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. I work with adults and specialize in anxiety, stress, depression, grief, relationship and friendship issues, and coping skills. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, along with other approaches to help my clients make progress and start feeling better. My approach My approach to therapy depends on my clients and what works best for their unique needs. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy are most often used, as they have been proven to help clients better understand their struggles and make progress toward their goals. My focus I have found that my style and approach work best with young adults struggling with mental health, relationship issues, grief, or everyday life challenges. I can help clients who struggle with grief, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and co-dependency. My communication style My communication is calm, accommodating, and empathetic. I strive to create a safe and open environment where all my clients feel comfortable sharing without judgment. My journey to mental healthcare For as long as I can remember, I have been interested in helping people. I also have a deep passion for the mind and how it works. I love being able to help individuals become the best version of themselves, and seeing progress, even slowly, is always motivating. My goals for you My approach to goal setting is collaborative. Together, we will explore what you want to accomplish in therapy, create attainable goals, and discuss ways to achieve them within a time frame that works for you. My first session with you In our first session, we will explore what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve.
