I am a psychotherapist specializing in working with older teens and adults. I help people suffering from a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, and addictions such as drugs, alcohol, and gambling. I use a strength-based, person-centered approach to guide clients through the discomfort, pain, and dissatisfaction that life can sometimes bring. I work in partnership with clients to help them achieve growth and increased satisfaction in their daily lives. I hold a Master's in Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I enjoy working with all different types of people, helping them identify their strengths and develop coping skills and strategies to help improve their lives. I utilize components of CBT and psychodynamic psychotherapy in my practice, and work collaboratively with individuals during therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am an empathetic and warm person who cares deeply about helping my clients. It is my goal to create a judgement-free space where you feel open and safe to express yourself freely. Together, we can create genuine personal growth.
