I have a M.Ed., MS in Counseling with a Specialty in Clinical Mental Health,. I am also a Licensed Associate Therapist and Board Certified Massage Therapist & Holistic Health Practitioner. My goal is to bring the Mind, Body and Spirit in to alignment for individuals to have the best possible outcome. I have spent the last 16 years dedicated to this endeavor. I have a extensive background in trauma, sexual abuse, eating disorders, anxiety and depression. I am a proponent in post traumatic growth.
